And the winner is .... just before we get to that bit i wanted to thank everyone for playing along with me on this fun project.
I really am enjoying it and I hope you are too. Your contributions really are marvelous and I love seeing them all roll in over the days and weeks.

Let's say a special thanks to all the new and first time contributors too... Priti popped by to play in the playlist one time this block of 10 days and her contribution was muched loved (by me!!). One point to her and I hope she develops a taste for the playlist and joins in again as everyone is welcome !!
Not everyone likes joining in with the playlist (don't know why) but I am happy to see many new additions to the contributors to my “wall of friendship” and to all those who answered my question about which sunglasses i should keep (I have decided to keep the pink ones!!! )
First time point scores go to Veronika , Jonnie, Chris Demon, and Manuele for their suggestions and i hope to see more of them in the future too!!!
And so to the winner ... but before we find out who walked away with the most points lets check out who slinked away with the least !!!
Three people earnt the dreaded minus million points this block, my fav of which was David “The Sned” Sneddon for his convincing me, by way of serious research and cogent argument that, in answer to the thread “post a song from a "band" that is really only one person.” convinced me that pj harvey was actually a band of three people and not just a solo artist ... only to be foiled by logic (and by me being slightly more awake a few days later, that if pj harvey is a “band” of three people then they are NOT a single person perfornining under a band name !!! Nice try, but nae luck.
Kenny scored a minus million for claiming that Queen were really just a single person performing under a band name too. I mean, we all know it was all about Freddy but there were 3 other people helping him along the way too.
But it was Zach who ended up being so far behind that he thinks hes in front by earning a massive minus TWO million points for persisting with that bloody Toto joke.
The funny thing about this is that he was actually fine to earn 5 points from this long running “joke”. I guess that is a joke within itself !!!
But enough of the race for last place, lets find out who the winner was .... in a way the Martian Leader is the real winner here, as with only one comment on one post he hits the best answer jackpot and collects 10 points in one go.
One answer, one jackpot ... good average, but not, alas, enough to even touch the upper rung of regular players at the top of this blocks tree!
Frazer also collected bonus points to bump his score up to a bolstering 31 , but this was still far too short of the top tier to even really be bothered about mentioning.
Someone who is worth mentioning though os Lozza, who collected a bonus million points during the chocolate round by making me laugh by claiming “Eminimin” as a chocolate, and then promptly lost a million points in the same round by TRYING to claim that Martha and the muffins could have been chocolate (or blueberry) muffins ... !!!! the rollercoster of a thread saw her come out even and end up with 40 points, still not quite enough to push for being champion.
But enough of that ... lets get to the real winner ... who, without any bonus points at all, hit a perfect score and claimed the full maximum points available, all 51 one of them, a PERFECT SCORE if you can believe it ... is ... Andy Mcgregor !!!

And with that i wish andy all the congratulations in the world and well done for being such a good competitor.
Well done buddy.
Hope to see him, and everyone else, back competing in the new block of infinite playlists (which has already started) and having all sorts of fun along the way too.

Infinite Music Playlist : Day 60 : Its was 35 years (yesterday) since live aid, so lets post a song from someone who was involved in any of the live aid events around the world.

Infinite Music Playlist : Day 58 : In keeping with/but opposite to yesterdays overpopulated bands ... today : post a song from a "band" that is really only one person !
ie: has a band name but its really only one person doing it !(different to solo artists ... solo artists not aloud !)
Infinite Music Playlist : Day 57 : Today is population day, a day when we all should step back and have a look at the population of humans on the earth, the impact they all have, and seriously consider how we can play our part in reducing the overpopulation problem (not bringing more new humans into the world would be the most sensible suggestion to deal with this serious situation.)
In keeping with the overpopulation issue today's Infinite Playlist is dedicated to bands that are 'overpopulated' ... or have a lot of members.
